Work at the arts center

Are you artistic and like working with kids?

If so, please consider teaching a class

or serving as a volunteer at the Arts Center!

Our mission is to enrich the lives of young people by opening their minds to the power of artistic expression.  We do this by offering classes taught by nuturing, caring adults in a safe environment.

You can teach classes in a variety of formats, including weekly sessions, one-day workshops or week-long art camps. What's most important is that you'll be making the difference in the life of a child. To teach a class, please download the following forms, fill them out and send them back to the Arts Center.

We welcome volunteers to work with our children.  You can volunteer to help in a variety of ways - from preparing and serving snacks to working as a teacher's assistant.  Volunteer one day each week during our Fall and Spring 12-week after school session, or for a full week of summer camp. And if you have keyboard skills - we could use your help with registration during January, May, June or September.

We welcome student volunteers, age 14 and older, working with our children.  Your hours spent working with the Center will count toward required community service hours.

To become a volunteer, please download the forms below, fill them out and send them back to the Arts Center.
